Not all Toronto engagement photos have to be in stunning locations to make for beautiful images. Case in point Stef & Tim!
So Stef and Tim actually met ten years ago when Tim and his mates came to visit Canada all the way from Australia. And having never traveled there myself, naturally I just had to ask them all about the cool foods and best places to chow down some authentic Aussie meals. And funny enough I found out that we’re all foodies (I mean who’s not, let’s be honest) and that they just loveeeee pizza!!
From the get-go I knew they both wanted something nontraditional and preferred locations in the city that were either unique or grungy. So right there an idea popped into my head and I knew we had to grab some pizza and do a little hang out on the rooftops for their Toronto engagement photos. And we thought why not do a little stroll around graffiti alley while we were in the area.
Like almost everyone, they told me they were nervous about the session when we met, and heck I don’t blame them, I’m super camera shy as well! But these two naturals had nothing to worry about. We played some games, had fun conversations about what bands we grew up listening to and what TV shows we watched. And by the time we were stuffing our mouths down with pizza, they had already forgotten that they were there to “take” photos. Instead they just enjoyed the moment with each other – that’s what it’s all about!
At the end of the day, these photos are meant for you, so that when you look back on them you can remember all the laughs and smiles that you have with each other. Stef & Tim, you both rock and thank you for allowing me to capture such a special moment in your lives!
